Your address must be falling in the defined delivery area of nearby Rominus Pizza And Burger Restaurant.
Your order will be mapped to the nearest restaurant which will be delivering in your locality.
Delivery Orders are subjected as per the restaurant available online at the time of ordering.
Restaurant can be offline at any point of time without any prior information.
Delivery orders timings are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Delivery services can be withdrawn on time interval as per operational condition of offer days specially on combo deal offers.
Minimum Bill Value for the Delivery is Rs 250
Menu availability is depending on the restaurant menu availability.
In case of order is placed for any item and particular item is not available at restaurant and same will be informed to you by the restaurant on call to change the item.
Actual image can be different from the images shown on website or app.
Menu price can be revised without any prior information
By accepting to avail the offer, it is deemed that the user has agreed to all the terms and conditions of the coupon.
Coupons cannot be clubbed with any other offer being run by the Company.
Coupons are not applicable on Beverages, Magic Mania, Any Combo Meals, discounted meal offers &Every Day Offer.
All listed prices are exclusive of taxes.
Only one coupon is valid per order/ transaction.

Company offers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged with any other product. Offers are valid only in participating restaurants.
The complete code has to be punched in the coupon section for availing the offer on the coupon.
The coupon code is not case sensitive.
The coupon may not work if the conditions defined in the coupon details are not fulfilled in the order.
Rominus Pizza And Burger reserves the right to accept or reject any coupon without any prior notice.
It is mandatory to punch in the coupon before placing the order for its redemption.
Each Coupon can be redeemed only once.
Once availed, the coupon code shall expire & cannot be reused.
The coupons are valid for specified period only and will not be accepted after the expiry of the validity period.
Order of 4 or more baked items qualifies as a bulk order is not eligible for service promise of ’25 minutes or free’. Maximum Rominus Pizza And Burger liability is Rs.200.
25 minutes or free promise is eligible till the first barrier point (security guard/reception etc.)
Rominus Pizza And Burger reserves the right to withdraw the service promise without prior information.
‘25 minutes or free’ promise is NOT APPLICABLE on31st Dec, New Year’s Day, public holidays, regional festivals, and any other specific order day.
‘25 minutes or free’ promise is NOT APPLICABLE on Buy 1 Get 1 Offer days.
The service promise may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery, to be announced at the time of order taking.
The offer is valid for home delivery only.
25 minutes service guarantee is valid as per the KM radius defined by Restaurant. Currently we are offering 4-5 Km distance form the restaurant.
Order of any Combo having 4 or more baked items is not eligible for service promise of ’25 minutes or free.
The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling the restaurant. However, you can get an update on the status of the order by calling the restaurant.
In case order is placed in wrong restaurant that order will be cancelled and you need to reorder again. If the order is paid the amount of that order will be refunded as per bank policy.
In case of a late delivery of a prepaid order or in case if payment is debited but order not placed, you can log a complaint at restaurant or mail on guestcare@rominus.co.in .Once acknowledged, the amount will be refunded within 21 business days or next credit cycle, if paid via credit card depends on banks transaction.
25 Minutes or Free policy Company reserve the right to alter/ withdraw at any time without giving any prior notice & without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Offer/ promotions subject to Force Majeure conditions. All disputes related to any offers/ promotions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of court of Jaipur only.

Rominus Pizza (Customer App) and Taksharya Delivery (Delivery Boy App) collects data provided by users to Rominus, such as during account creation created during use of our services, such as location, app usage, and device data from other sources, such as other users or account owners, business partners, vendors, insurance and financial solution providers, and governmental authorities For your convenience, we've provided a visual summary of the data we collect and how we use it here.
Data provided by users. This includes: User profile information: We collect data when users create or update their accounts, or place orders via guest checkout features. This may include their name, email, phone number, login name and password, address. This also includes vehicle or insurance information of drivers and delivery persons, emergency contact information, user settings to provide services using Rominus apps.
Location data (driver and delivery person): We collect precise or approximate location data from drivers’ and delivery persons’ mobile devices when the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen).
Location data (users and order recipients): We collect precise or approximate location information from users’ and order recipients’ mobile devices if they enable us to do so via their device settings.
App collects such data from the time a user or order is requested until it is finished, and any time the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen).
Users and order recipients may use the app without enabling collection of location data from their mobile devices. However, this may affect certain features in the Rominus apps. For example, a rider who has not enabled precise location data will have to manually enter their pickup address.
n addition, precise location data collected from a driver’s device during a delivery is linked to the user’s account, even if the rider has not enabled precise location data to be collected from their device. This data is used for purposes such as receipt generation, customer support, fraud detection, insurance, and litigation.
Transaction information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided; trip or order details (such as date and time, requested pick-up and drop off addresses, distance traveled and items ordered); and payment transaction information (such as a restaurant’s or merchant's name and location, amount charged, and payment method). We also associate a user’s name with that of anyone who uses their promotion code.
Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This includes access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, browser type, and app crashes and other system activity.
Device data: We collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the hardware models, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, device motion data, and mobile network data.
Communications data: We collect data regarding phone, text or in-app communications between users that are enabled through Rominus’s apps.
